⚠️ Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our service. By subscribing, you confirm you have read and agree to all terms below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Virgin Media UK IPTV service ("Service"), purchasing a subscription, or requesting a free trial, you ("User", "Customer", "You") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using our Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Virgin Media UK IPTV ("Company", "We", "Us"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Service Description

Virgin Media UK IPTV provides internet-based television streaming services, delivering live channels, video-on-demand content, and electronic programme guide data via Xtream Codes API, M3U playlist format, and compatible IPTV applications. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the Service at any time with or without notice.

3. Eligibility & Geographic Restrictions

Age Requirement: To use our Service, you must be at least 18 years of age. By subscribing, you confirm you meet this age requirement. You are responsible for ensuring that any use of the Service within your household complies with these Terms, including use by minors under your supervision. Geographic Restrictions: Our Service is not available to users located in Iran, Spain, or Italy. By subscribing, you confirm you are not accessing the Service from these countries. Circumventing geographic restrictions via VPN or other means does not exempt you from this restriction. Stream Connections: Each subscription allows one active stream at a time. Additional simultaneous connections may be available as a paid add-on — contact us for details. Using your credentials on more than one device simultaneously without authorisation will result in account suspension.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

4.1 Subscription Tiers: We offer various subscription packages (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months). Details of current pricing are listed on our Pricing page. 4.2 Payment: Subscriptions are charged at the time of purchase. We accept bank transfers, PayPal, cryptocurrency, and other payment methods as offered at checkout. 4.3 No Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You must manually renew your subscription before it expires to maintain access. 4.4 Free Trial: The 12-hour free trial is available once per new customer. Multiple trial requests from the same individual are not permitted. 4.5 Currency: All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. Given the nature of digital services and the instant delivery of IPTV credentials, we do not offer refunds after credentials have been issued. 5.2 Exceptions: A refund may be considered in exceptional circumstances where the Service is completely non-functional for a period exceeding 72 continuous hours due to our server failure, and we are unable to resolve the issue. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days. 5.3 Chargebacks: Initiating a fraudulent chargeback will result in permanent account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must NOT: — Share your subscription credentials with other households (each subscription is for personal/household use within one location). Account sharing violations may result in permanent suspension and a device-level ban. — Re-stream, distribute, broadcast, re-broadcast, or transmit content to any third party, whether commercially or otherwise. — Resell or commercially exploit the Service without an authorised Reseller Agreement. — Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable UK laws. — Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or manipulate our servers or streaming infrastructure. — Use automated tools to access, download, or copy content from our Service in bulk. — Create multiple accounts to obtain additional free trials. Violation of this policy will result in immediate account suspension without refund.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

All content streamed through our Service is subject to copyright and intellectual property rights owned by the respective content owners and licensors. We do not claim ownership of third-party content. You may not record, copy, redistribute, or reproduce streamed content without the express permission of the copyright holder. The TiviMate recording feature may only be used to record content you are lawfully permitted to record under UK copyright law.

8. Service Availability and Limitations

8.1 Uptime: We strive to maintain 99.9% server uptime. Planned maintenance windows will be announced via our WhatsApp support channel where possible. 8.2 Channel Availability: Our channel and VOD content library is updated on a weekly basis and is subject to modification, addition, or removal at any time due to technical constraints, licensing, or other factors. We do not guarantee the continued availability of any specific channel, programme, or title. 8.3 Stream Quality: Stream quality (SD/HD/4K) depends on your network access speed, your device type and capabilities, your geographic location, and overall internet capacity at the time of viewing. We do not guarantee specific video quality levels at all times. We are not responsible for buffering or quality degradation caused by your ISP or device. 8.4 Channel Blackouts: Some channels may be subject to blackout periods due to broadcasting rights (e.g. Premier League Saturday 3PM blackout in the UK). These restrictions are outside our control.

9. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your subscription credentials (Xtream username and password). Do not share your credentials with others outside your household. If you suspect unauthorised use of your credentials, contact us immediately via WhatsApp. We will reissue new credentials. Repeated security incidents may result in account review.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UK law: — Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim. — We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of revenue, data, or goodwill. — We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors outside our control, including internet service provider issues, force majeure events, or third-party content provider failures.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription immediately, without notice or refund, for: — Violation of these Terms — Credential sharing or resale without authorisation — Fraudulent payment or chargebacks — Abusive behaviour toward our support staff — Any illegal use of the Service Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.

12. Modification of Terms

Virgin Media UK IPTV reserves the right to modify, revise, or update these Terms at any time with immediate effect. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
